We welcome questions from our patients
as well as any visitors to our site. Obviously there are some
questions which cannot be answered without the doctor having
the opportunity to first examine a patient. However, we have
found that many patients enjoy this opportunity to ask questions.
We have also found that many patients utilize this after their
office consultation as well, when they think of questions
they forgot to ask while they were in the office.
Of course, in a situation where an urgent response is needed, please call our office at 972-566-3939 rather than
sending messages electronically. And if the situation is an emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Unfortunately, emails are not 100% secure and may be read by others. Therefore, we offer patients
and website visitors the opportunity to communicate with us by either regular email (unsecure) or
using our Patient Portal, which is a secure method of communication.

Please be aware that this is not
a secure email network under HIPAA guidelines. Therefore, please do not submit any personal or private health related
information unless you are comfortable doing so. Regardless of the nature of your own email service provider, in this day and
age it is impossible to insure the privacy and protection of information sent by email. Please understand that if you do so,
you are agreeing to the use of an unsecure method and understand all replies will be sent in the same fashion and you
are authorizing this.
Secure Patient Portal
Alternatively, if you want to communicate with us via the secure Patient Portal you can do so by clicking on the
"My Patient Page" button below. The first time you sign in you will be asked to complete some information to
create an account. Please be assured this information is secure. Once you have completed the information to create an account
you will be able to use that "My Patient Page" button any time you want to send messages to our office or view
messages we have sent you. You will also be able to complete our Patient Demographic Forms online through this secure site if you wish to do so.
Because of the need for secure communications about health matters, our office encourages all
patients to use the Patient Portal as the method of communication with our office.
